The price, historical atmosphere, friendly staff, convenient location near the old station street, spacious rooms, lovely facilities.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Convenient base for a 1-night stay. In addition, free parking was convenient. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Italian Dining Pasqua that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in Karuizawa. The location, nestled in a beautiful forest, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The room amenities were top-notch, with a well-stocked mini-bar and free Wi-Fi for our convenience. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the laundry service, which made our trip even more convenient. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for families.
